Getting in to the Academies in Arizona.

To be admitted as a student to the TONI and GUY Academy, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
  • Attend a tour and personal interview at the Academy
  • Pass an entrance exam or provide proof of prior college credits
  • Provide proof of education as follows
    1. High school diploma
    2. High school transcript confirming completion of graduation requirements
    3. G.E.D. (General Education Diploma)
    4. Applicants for the Cosmetology program must be at least sixteen (16) years old by the time they start their program
  • Complete an Enrollment Agreement and be accepted as a student by the Academy
  • Applicants to the Cosmetology Instructor Course must also provide a valid Cosmetologist License, and notarized verification of one year work experience, and a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Applicants with prior training hours must submit a copy of their academic transcript
  • $100 registration fee
